For Licensor

• Preview the property and give appropriate valuation on rentals.
• Advise improvements to the property (if required), and suggest architects/ interior designers to execute the same.
• Prepare appropriate marketing material such as property brochures and/or advertisements.
• Market the property to suitable Licensees and conduct inspections for the same.
• Obtain profile of prospective Licensees and negotiate for optimum rent.
• Assist in completion of all legal formalities such as stamping, execution and registration of the Leave & License agreement in conjunction with the solicitors.
