• Understand the client's requirement and offer suitable properties.
• Arrange property inspections and guide on the appropriate valuations.
• Arrange documents of the property for due-diligence and negotiate the best possible terms.
• Assist in preparation of Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) and suggest advocates in order to complete the documentation formalities.
• Assist in completion of all legal formalities such as stamping, execution and registration of the Sale Deed in conjunction with the solicitors.
• Ensure smooth handover of possession.
