For Licensee

• Understand the client's requirement and offer suitable properties.
• Arrange property inspections and guide on the appropriate valuations.
• Make a list of improvements including furniture & fixtures on behalf of the Licensee and convey it to the Landlord.
• Negotiate with Landlords on behalf of the Licensee for best possible terms.
• Assist in preparation of Letter of Intent and provide inputs while finalizing the Leave & License (L&L) agreement.
• Assist in completion of all legal formalities such as stamping, execution and registration of the L&L agreement in conjunction with the solicitors.
• Ensure smooth handover of possession.
